I am using discountAsp.net and I have been very happy with them. I’m not an infrastructure guy, so it could be a challenge, but their control panel is excellent and while their technical support is not there to tutor you, they have always responded in minutes to an e-mail trouble ticket. Their Knowledge Base and Forums are excellent also. Not the cheapest, but I pay basically $20 per month which includes MS SQL and plenty of bandwidth.

I think I'll get an account with them for testing.
